@conservancy stupid question: how realistic is the scenario that an arbitrary competitor to Tesla says they have code in the Linux Kernel (as many automotive companies do, e.g. from upstreaming drivers during Infotainment system development), and convinces a justice to issue an injunction stopping the sale of the license-breaking car in the US market, or in Europe?
